Behind syme stands over 25 years of experience in service excellence, leadership development and strategic training, shaped by the luxury hospitality industry in Switzerland, Europe, Canada, the Middle East and North Africa. Founded by Sylvère Mérillat, who grew up as the third generation of a hospitality dynasty in the Bernese Jura, syme combines deep industry expertise with innovative learning methods.
