Since 2019, Katrin Mérillat has led syme GmbH. As a coach, mentor and communications expert, she supports clients personally on their path to sustainable service excellence and organisational development

Katrin combines entrepreneurial thinking with solid scientific expertise. She studied psycholinguistics and organisational psychology at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completed extensive trainer training at the Institute of Speech Science at LMU. Her areas of expertise range from customer and service orientation through communication, rhetoric and presentation to coaching methods for sustainable change..

Her profile is further enriched by training in facilitation with Schrader/Klebert, coaching in “Psychology of Change” with Dietz und Partner (DBVC, IOBC) and further training in Wingwave at the Besser-Siegmund Institute in Hamburg..

Today, her focus lies in working directly with people and organisations. Katrin develops innovative learning formats, designs practical training sessions and ensures that concepts like ORITA® or EXCTRA become effective in clients’ everyday operations. One of her particular strengths is conducting quality audits, delivering precise analyses and providing strategic impulses that significantly advance her clients’ service development

Since 2019, she has also been responsible for the operational management of syme, where she develops customised, script-based learning videos that sustainably complement internal training and coaching for her clients..
